There are 2 ways to make a booking. By our website or by phone.
● Via our website: Choose the tour you’d like and follow the steps provided by the booking system.

● By phone or email : Choose the tour you’d like and contact us via phone: we accept phone calls or messages.
● You could also contact us on what’s app application.
● gather the information needed for your reservation:
The tour you want
The date of the tour
The number of participants
Full names of participants
Telephone number with country code
Your E-mail address
● For Private trips please contact us on the phone in one of our telephone numbers by call or what app.

B. PAYMENT POLICY
• USING OUR WEBSITE
● In order to book one of our recommended tours, the full payment of the total amount is required.
● For private trips, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the agreed price is required, as soon as possible after you receive our confirmation since the demand is big and according to our payment instructions sent to you.
• BOOKING VIA PHONE
● If you want to book one of our recommended tours tour via phone, the total amount is required for the confirmation of the booking.
● You will receive our bank account via text or e-mail. You have to proceed to full payment or as agreed.
C. CANCELLATION POLICY
• IF YOU CANCEL THE TOUR:
You get a full refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours prior to the date of the tour.

You get a 0 refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours or less, prior to the time of the tour.

• IF THE TOUR IS CANCELLED BY MANOS CRUISES:

● We assure you that our company will avoid your discomfort at any costs. Some reasons that might lead us to cancelling or postponing are:

● Bad weather conditions such as rain, strong winds, big waves or big swell
● Natural disasters
● Curfew by the police or port authorities
● Terrorism, war
● Serious accidents
● Mechanical problems on our vehicles which cannot be resolved within 24 hours or any other event our company is liable for.
In all the above cases, you will be promptly informed so that you will be able to reschedule or cancel your tour.
In the unlikely case of cancellation on the behalf of MANOS CRUISES you will receive a full refund of your payment.
