Agioi Theodoroi is an uninhabited island situated just a few miles to the North West of the port of Chania in Crete. On the island there are the ruins of 2 Venetian fortresses. Nowadays, this island is a Ntural Reserve for the protection of the Cretan Ibex, the famous Kri-kri goat. We make 2 stops at this island, one inside the bay and another one close to an airplane wreck from WW2. You will be able to swim and/or snorkel in the crystal-clear waters.
Our 3rd stop is Lazaretta island, which is located near the city of Chania. On the island, there is a small sandy beach ideal for swimming and relaxation. There are many rock pools close to the little sandy beach, ideal for snorkeling. You’ll have the chance to swim among the fish and even feed these Mediterranean small fellas.

The beach of Maherida is located 14km northeast of Chania. It is named after the rocky cape in its north end that reminds of a knife (maheri – in greek). The area is not organized and attracts many nudists. The stunning little beach with white sand and turquoise water is shaped in the center of the bay, surrounded by sharp rocks and the coastline near it is a unique habitat for small wild animals.
Our next stop is Lazaretta island, which is located near the city of Chania. On the island, there is a small sandy beach ideal for swimming and relaxation.
